The UK Sales manager will be the key contact for our B2B business in the UK. They need to have experience in managing key endemic accounts, managing independent retailers, and training key store staff members. COROS innovation is moving rapidly, and it's important that the UK Sales Manager can distribute key information and updates efficiently and effectively to ensure the consumer always hears about our innovations in real-time.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key and independent retailers across the UK region
* Organise and distribute information about key software and hardware launches across our B2B customers in the UK
* Research and analyse consumer trends and purchase journeys within the UK market, ensuring COROS is always servicing the consumer in the most efficient way
* Communicate lead times and product availability to our B2B customers throughout the UK
* Maintain simple and efficient business relationships with our B2B customers in the UK
* Distribute and maintain the retail displays within the UK market
* Manage and implement retail staff training across the UK region
Qualifications:
* Be able to display strong negotiating skills
* 5 years of experience working with a sporting goods brand in the UK
* Self-driven personality with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
* Skilled in Microsoft Excel and experience in basic accounting
* Be able to travel independently throughout the UK
Pay & Benefits:
* 25 days paid holiday plus standard UK bank holidays
* Hybrid working, a minimum of 2 days per week in our UK headquarters, Skipton, North Yorkshire
