In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a vital part in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Role: Temporary Receptionist
Contract Length: 4 Weeks initially, may extend
Start Date: Monday 14th April
Pay: £12.60 per hour + Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits
Hours: Monday - Friday, 1pm - 6pm
Location: Ilkley - Free Parking Onsite
What You'll Do:
Greeting visitors and clients with a smile
Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
Handling inquiries and providing information about our services
Maintaining an organised reception area
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Coordinating appointments and meetingsWhat We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
