Business Analyst with proven experience working across end-to-end regulatory change projects (specifically Retirement Income or Financial Crime) urgently required on a contract basis, by a market leading Financial Services organisation based flexibly from their Swindon HQ (~2 days/week on site).
This is an initial 2-month engagement, deemed outside IR35, offering a rate between £450-525/day. The intention is for the contract to be extended further, upon successful completion.
This is an urgent requirement, responsible for leading business analysis activities across multiple, complex end-to-end regulatory change initiatives, specifically focused on Retirement Income and Financial Crime.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have the following:
* Extensive experience as a Business Analyst
* Proven skills leading business analysis across complex, end-to-end regulatory change projects
* Financial Crime/Retirement Income product knowledge (cash flow modelling etc)
* Excellent process analysis skills
* Dynamic, high energy
* Ability to deliver at pace, whilst ensuring changes are fully embedded
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-centric, hands-on regulatory change business analyst to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, within a high calibre team. Working with key stakeholders and partners to deliver sustainable change.
It must be stressed that only proven Business Analysts with regulatory change experience within Financial Services (specifically Financial Crime/Retirement Income) will be considered for this opportunity.
This is an initial 2-month contract role, based flexibly from Swindon, offering a daily rate of between £450-525/day (outside IR35).
