We have a brand new role up for grabs at The Green Estate Community Interest Company: Executive Assistant to the CEO.
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, strong integrity, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a track record in successful project management, and the ability to build relationships of trust with a wide variety of people.
High levels of emotional intelligence, a proactive attitude, and a proven ability to stay ahead of foreseen and unexpected challenges are essential. Some experience in legal and governance administration will also be needed.
The role will provide executive support for the CEO, focusing on managing their schedule, keeping things running smoothly, and coordinating communications both inside and outside the organisation. It will include a wide variety of activities from organising Board and Leadership team meetings and taking minutes to playing a lead role in governance projects such as maintaining legal compliance, contracting, managing insurance policies, and special corporate projects like ESG accreditation and intellectual property protection.
