Job summary An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a registrant with passion and motivation to drive forward the Safeguarding agenda in Neonates. This role is a newly created role for neonates which gives the post holder the opportunity to build strong working relationships with medical, nursing and corporate teams to shape the safeguarding agenda for neonatal care. Ensuring that the organisation and the unit fulfils our safeguarding responsibilities. The registrant will be required to be a visible and approachable role model, promoting a culture of offering family support at the right time. Working with other professionals to provide a robust plan to enable families to succeed. This role will facilitate staff to be able to be competent and confident when dealing with safeguarding matters.
