Are you passionate about making a difference in young lives? We are seeking a dedicated Senior Education Mental Health Practitioner/CYPWP to join our Mental Health Support Team in Cheshire East. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Whole School Approach and fostering a positive mental health culture within educational settings.
The Mental Health Support Teams are part of an exciting project funded by NHS England with the aim of improving the mental health and well-being of children and young people. There is a specific focus on developing more access to helping and improving emotional support within all primary and secondary schools. Working alongside community partners, the Mental Health Support Teams will be part of the CYP Access function.
