We are looking to recruit a Team Manager - Older People team within the Social Care industry in Bedford
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring of performance and quality formal and informal supervision to the team
attendance and contribution to performance monitoring meetings, team meetings, funding panels and any other meetings relevant to the role.
Experience preferred:
The requirement is for a social work England registered social worker to act as Team manager for older peoples team required while recruitment processes are in progress.
The team require support, supervision, quality and performance monitoring for all aspects of work under the Care Act.
The team have 3 very experienced advanced practitioners who manage day to day operations. The rest of the team is made up of experienced social workers, social workers and support workers.

Minimum Requirements:
SWE Registration
5 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
