We are looking for a Growth Manager to join a digital agency, focusing on driving revenue and growth for clients and partners within this company. The primary goal is to help growth for both our clients and the organization, creating value and maximizing revenue potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee team capacity and profitability (P/L management).
2. Collaborate with various teams to design and implement data-driven growth strategies.
3. Define and monitor growth objectives, ensuring measurable progress.
4. Analyze data to uncover insights that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
5. Develop customer personas to guide marketing and product strategies.
6. Optimize existing acquisition channels and identify new opportunities.
7. Work closely with demand generation, digital transformation, and business development teams to align on growth plans.
8. Build and manage growth-focused delivery teams.
9. Monitor team capacity to ensure efficient and profitable delivery.
10. Oversee scope-of-work documentation and daily administration of project management tools.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a Growth Manager or similar role.
2. Track record of successful, data-driven growth strategy implementation.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
4. Expertise in various customer acquisition channels, including paid, organic, and affiliate.
5. Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio for data visualization.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
8. Experience in UX design, split testing, copywriting, or funnel optimization.
9. Knowledge of SEO, PPC, PR, or CRO is preferred.
