Description
As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be at the forefront of the business, providing support to new and existing customers. You will troubleshoot technical support queries, ensuring quick resolutions and exceeding service level agreements.
The role involves working alongside engineers, coordinating their diaries, and booking installations and routine appointments. You will also liaise with customers over webchat and social media platforms.

* Previous customer service experience (from a range of backgrounds)
