Job Description & Summary
About the role:
Part of Integrated Services, the Third Party Services team has overall responsibility for the relationship management and delivery of services from our outsourced service providers supporting our people. This includes HC activities, Recruitment & Onboarding, IT Asset Management, Screening & Vetting and Helpdesk support.
The successful applicant will support the People Function Services outsourced relationship and day to day BAU activity. There will also be the opportunity to provide support to the Service Delivery Managers and Senior Manager across project implementation within Third Party Services and the People Function.
What your days will look like:
1. Working closely with Payroll Service Delivery Manager to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our statutory submissions.
2. Working across the third party services team, the successful applicant will help identify opportunities for process enhancements and optimisation which will provide both user experience and cost efficiencies.
3. Work with our third party supplier to aid service improvements, including attendance on monthly service reviews and adhoc project meetings.
4. Support upcoming project to implement payrolling of benefits.
5. Support with annual activity for tax year end.
This role is for you if:
1. Collaborative team player with the ability to prioritize workload as necessary.
2. Experience of working with outsourced providers.
3. Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including experience working with various stakeholders across business functions and grades.
4. Resilient under pressure, able to deliver under tight deadlines and manage a varied workload.
5. Proactively identifies opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and influence change. Ability to identify and manage risks and issues appropriately.
6. Experience of using Workday with an understanding of statutory deadlines and associated processes to meet HMRC requirements. Experienced user of Excel and Alteryx with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
