The Role
As our Fostering Registered Manager, you will:
1. Act as Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead and motivate the agency in delivering high-quality fostering services.
2. Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of foster carers.
3. Drive business growth and develop strong partnerships with local authorities and key stakeholders.
4. Ensure all children receive the highest standard of care in line with safeguarding principles.
5. Lead a dedicated team, ensuring professional development and well-being.
6. Oversee quality assurance and financial performance to maintain an outstanding service.
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual who has:
7. A Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration.
8. A minimum of five years’ experience working with children and families.
9. Fostering experience, preferably in an independent fostering agency.
10. Experience in people management and supervision.
11. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change.
12. Knowledge of fostering regulations, safeguarding policies, and best practices.
13. A full UK driving licence.
