The Role
Aspire is a one-day program taking place in 2025. This selective event allows Freshmen to gain exposure to the accounting field and insight about Andersen. Accounting isn’t just about numbers; it’s about deciphering the language of business, making informed financial decisions, and ensuring the fiscal health of clients.
If you are an aspiring business leader, come learn about the role of accountants, the various career opportunities, and experience hands-on exercises that will set you apart from other students as you venture into leadership programs, internships, and, eventually, full-time roles.

The Requirements
* Pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree with expected graduation date between May 2028 and May 2029;
* A minimum GPA of 3.0;
* A keen interest in learning more about public accounting and tax;
* Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills;
* Self-starter with initiative to seek out opportunities in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong interpersonal skills.
