Job Details:
1. Location: Shildon
2. Position: Supply Chain Administrator
3. Type: Temp to Perm Contract
4. Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm (Monday to Thursday) 8am-4pm (Friday)
5. Salary: £12.82 per hour
About the Role:
Working as a Supply Chain Administrator you will provide clerical support to managers and employees. You will be responsible for coordinating all daily administrative tasks. The primary duties and responsibilities will include:
6. Providing administration support in reporting to customers on a weekly basis
7. Managing email queries, email inboxes and post.
8. Creating orders on the system.
9. General help around the office.
10. Data entry into systems or spreadsheets.
11. Receiving phone calls from customers, suppliers or internally.
12. Promoting the desired business culture, business ethics and business initiative
13. Adhere to company rules and regulations
14. Other duties as reasonably assigned by your manager
About You:
15. The ideal candidate will have previous office administrative experience, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
16. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
17. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and organisation skills.
18. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
