Our work is essential to enable HS2 trains to travel between London and Birmingham as well as continue their journey up to Manchester. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Temporary Works Coordinator within the design function. Responsible for the management and coordination of all temporary works activities within a specified area to meet project requirements. Experienced required: Previous experience as a Temporary works Coordinator/Engineer/Designer on a project of similar scale and complexity. Qualified Civil Engineer or similar equivalent Proven knowledge of Network Rail and Highways England technical standards and approval processes. Depth of understanding of the construction environment for safe and buildable designs Working knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations, in particular, the Designer and Principal Contractor’s role. Good practical knowledge of BS5975:201 Please note candidates will need to have a current valid right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
