Manage directly employed labour in line with all relevant Trust Policies, carryout disciplinary and attendance management investigations providing detailed investigation/management reports. Deputise for Estates Manager (Operations) on the full range of management duties as well as providing technical advice to other Estates Staff, Senior Managers, Clinical Colleagues and 3rd Party Contractors.
