Monday to Friday Opportunity Job Responsibilities: The main role and responsibility of the Customer Service Specialist is to provide excellent Customer Service to Customers, ensuring their queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner, whilst identifying opportunities to further enhance the customer experience. Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and support. Proactively managing workflows to meet customer deadlines and expectations. Investigating and resolving customer queries promptly and professionally. Monitoring Gross Profit (GP) post-shipment across all transport modes. Supporting the implementation of new customer profiles and processes. Participating in customer meetings and identifying business efficiencies with your team leader. Ensuring all pricing and quotations are completed accurately and on time. Processing of inbound calls / making outbound calls, processing customer emails. General Administration tasks will be involved. Technical Knowledge / Qualifications: Previous experience working within a similar role and environment is essential. Previous freight forwarding knowledge / experience is desirable. Must have strong Administration skills MS proficient (word, excel, outlook) Must be a strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels. A positive attitude, motivation, and enthusiasm for customer service excellence.
