* Salary: £26,000.00 per annum (not pro-rata)
* Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
* Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced ASDAN Lead Tutor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering ASDAN (Award Scheme Development and Accreditation Network) programs, ensuring high-quality education and support for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess ASDAN programs tailored to the needs of SEN students.
* Develop individualized learning plans and set achievable goals for students.
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with other staff members, including SEN coordinators and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
* Monitor and report on student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
* Maintain up-to-date records of student achievements and assessments.
* Engage with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on student progress and address any concerns.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in SEN education and ASDAN programs.
* Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in delivering ASDAN programs, preferably within an SEN setting.
* Strong understanding of SEN and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable:
* Additional qualifications or training in SEN education.
* Experience with other vocational or life skills programs.
