First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) have an exciting opportunity for an individual, experienced in the management of antisocial behaviour and housing fraud cases, to join our friendly Anti-Social Behaviour team on a permanent basis. The role will involve the effective and efficient management of all anti-social behaviour cases and fraud in line with FCHO policy, from initial complaint to the management of any court orders or actions, including committal proceedings including attendance at court. You will spend your time providing specialist advice and support to colleagues throughout the business to prevent anti-social behaviour and other significant breaches of tenancy agreements, undertaking investigations into allegations of anti-social behaviour and social housing fraud and liaising and building relationships with relevant agencies. Our ideal candidate: Has a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle Will be required to undertake a DBS check Hold a BTEC Level 3 Advanced Award in Neighbourhood Nuisance and ASB case Working or equivalent.
