We are looking for a proactive and organised Field Services Coordinator to optimise business operations through our Microsoft Dynamics-based Work Management applications.
This role will be based in our head office at Claverton Down, Bath. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering new starter and refresher training, ensuring that best practices are consistently followed across teams, and collaborating with IT to introduce system enhancements that support accurate data recording.
This position is perfect for someone with a blend of technical acumen, a strong understanding of field service operations and excellent training skills.
What you'll do
* Monitor and manage the Microsoft Dynamics Field Service application, identifying opportunities to streamline business processes, enhance functionality and improve user experience.
* Develop, coordinate and deliver effective training sessions for new starters and refresher courses for current staff to ensure consistent knowledge and skill levels across all field service teams.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure best practice standards are consistently followed, while also supporting team members in understanding and utilising the application to its fullest potential.
* Work alongside the IT department in the Dynamics-Product Management process to identify, test and roll out system enhancements, ensuring changes are communicated clearly and seamlessly integrated into daily operations.
* Actively seek and propose solutions to improve the field service workflow and maintain high levels of productivity and user satisfaction.
What you'll need
* Experience in a coordinator or training role, preferably within Field Services, IT Systems or a similar environment
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics or similar field service applications is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with additional Microsoft applications and tools to support field service coordination.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset for system enhancement and workflow improvement.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver training and support to individuals at varying levels of technical expertise.
* Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, management, and field staff.
* Prior experience in the utilities or water services industry is desirable.
* Familiarity with data quality management and process improvement methodologies.
* A full UK driving license is essential.
