Job Description
This person is located in the office and supports the sales team to connect with suppliers, gets the best prices and submit offers to customers.
- Maintains a good relationship with new and existing customers. - Creates new customer portfolio and improve the existing clientele - Supports and organizes customer visits for the sales team. - Finds suppliers and communicates with them regarding customer needs, to ensure best service. - Conducts good relations with suppliers and customers - Answers shipping orders and offers required pricing - Follows PSA BDP internal procedures during preparing offers. - Prioritizes in keeping profit high during the sales and aims to get collection in quickest way possible - Prepares sales and marketing related reports as requested by management - Fixes about 15+ appointments per week - Obtains feedback from customer, and assists to solve their problems - Prevents action against economic damage related with customer-oriented situations - Committed to PSA BDP’s internal procedures in filing documents - Participates in department meetings and related trainings. - Acts in compliance with Quality Management System requirements. - Follows the ‘’Information Assurance’’ requirements in all actions. And make sure direct reports obey all requirements related with Information Assurance Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements - Minimum of 2 years business experience in sales support or telemarketing in a freight forwarding company - Fluent English – written and verbal communication, other languages are an advantage. - Computer Skills: Outstanding Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
