* Contracted Hours: 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri)
* Working Style: Hybrid - 2 fixed days in our Support office with a 3rd day either in the support office or London Collaboration Room, 2 days working from home.
* Support Office Location: 4 Albany Park, Frimley Road, Camberley, Surrey GU16 7PQ
* Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + option to buy up to 5 extra days

The Role:
As our CRM and Loyalty Manager, you'll play a crucial part in how we connect with our beloved customers across their entire journey. You'll lead customer lifecycle management, loyalty campaigns, and retention strategies—all while working closely with our marketing leadership, digital, and ops teams to create powerful, data-driven initiatives that drive real results. What You'll Be Doing:
* Customer Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute strategies that boost customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (CLV).
* Multi-Channel Campaigns: Implement and optimise email, SMS, push, and other CRM campaigns—using segmentation and A/B testing to keep our fans engaged.
* Loyalty Programs: Partner with our Senior Loyalty Manager to enhance our Rewards programme, driving customer retention and repeat purchases.
* Data-Driven Insights: Dive deep into analytics to inform campaign strategies and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
* Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve our CRM and loyalty initiatives.
* CRM Platform Management: Ensure our CRM platform is running smoothly, keeping data integrity and segmentation best practices at the forefront.

* 3+ years of CRM marketing experience, with proven success in data-driven campaigns.
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Dotdigital, Braze, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
* Strong creative skills, with the ability to write copy that resonates across various audiences.
* A strategic approach to loyalty and retention, with a keen understanding of customer behaviour.
* Experience working in the retail sector (a bonus!) and a passion for customer engagement.
