Job Summary Staffline is currently seeking a Band 2 Catering / Cook for a temporary role at Ballymoney Hospital. As part of the hospital's catering team, you will be responsible for a variety of food service and cleaning duties, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety are always maintained. Key Responsibilities Carry out general cleaning duties in the kitchen, dining areas, and associated spaces, including vending machines. Assist with food service, plate meals for clients and staff, and replenish food supplies as needed. Support the preparation of vegetables, fruits, salads, and beverages, following departmental food safety procedures. Ensure all food safety protocols are adhered to during receipt, storage, regeneration, and temperature control of meals. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and hygienic practices in line with the Food Hygiene (General) Regulations (NI) 1996. Essential Criteria Level 2 Food Safety Qualification (or equivalent).
