Bid Writer (Public Sector) – Property Services - Hybrid, 1 Day a week in the office - Hertfordshire, Essex or North London
About the Role
I have an exciting role for a talented Bid Writer to join a growing property services group, specializing in refurbishment, maintenance, and compliance (M&E) services. Working closely with the Bid Manager and senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling, high-quality submissions to secure new business and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing well-written, accurate, and persuasive content for PQQs, ITTs, and client presentations.
* Collaborating with internal teams to gather the necessary information for bids.
* Ensuring all bid documents are compliant, consistent, and aligned with client requirements.
* Conducting research to enhance the quality and relevance of bid submissions.
* Supporting bid processes, governance, and delivery under tight deadlines.
* Proven experience in bid writing, ideally within the Social Housing or Local Authority sector.
* Strong ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content.
* Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Familiarity with bid management processes and procedures.
