Co-Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Samadhi's Secrets
Role Summary: As the Co-Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Samadhi’s Secrets, you will lead the development and deployment of tech-based wellness solutions. Your success in this role involves using innovative technology to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of holistic practices, supporting our mission to integrate mindfulness and wellbeing into everyday life globally.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and execution of technology strategy, focusing on building scalable and secure systems that support holistic wellness programs and digital health platforms.
2. Manage the research and development of technology innovations that align with the latest in digital health and wellness advancements.
3. Oversee the technical teams in the design, build, and rollout phases of wellness platforms, ensuring robust architecture and a seamless user experience.
4. Collaborate with product development teams to integrate user feedback into product enhancements and new feature development.
5. Establish technical standards and ensure compliance with quality standards and legal or ethical standards related to data privacy and digital health services.
6. Drive technology partnerships and relationships with external IT vendors and consultants.
7. Stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the technology landscape, particularly in health tech and wellness industries, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a CTO or a similar leadership role in technology, with experience in health tech, wellness apps, or related fields highly preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of technological trends to build strategy and leverage cutting-edge innovations to benefit the company.
3. Understanding of budgets and business-planning with the ability to conduct technological analyses and research to guide investment decisions.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders.
5. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; additional certification in management or technology field is a plus.
