Standardhours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am 5:00 pm.
Additionaltelephone support may be required outside standard hours ifbusiness needs require this which is an enhanced pay for outofhourssupport at your hourlyrate.

As theDeputy Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring theeffective management of our Home Care Service. You will workclosely with the Registered Manager & Senior ManagementTeam to provide quality social care promote service usersindependence and ensure compliance with all regulatoryrequirements.
Main Jobresponsibilities of theDomiciliary Care Deputy Manageris:
Ensure theoperational management and compliance of all care deliverypractices and procedures.
Conduct regularaudits and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
Maintain strongknowledge of CQC regulations Local Authority Quality BandAssessments and GDPR.
Ensure all staffadhere to the highest standards of health safety and personcenteredcare
Promote staffengagement and teamwork.
Overseerecruitment processes to ensure robust staffing.
Assist inImplementing strategies to promote staff retention and professionaldevelopment.
Conduct regularperformance appraisals supervisions and ensure mandatory trainingis completed.
Promote dignityand respect across the service ensuring positive communication withcustomers and colleagues.
Build andmaintain strong relationships with social workers community teamsand other professional organisations.
Support theimplementation of performance management and quality assurancesystems to ensure efficient service delivery
Weare looking for a DomiciliaryCare Deputy Manager thefollowing skills andattributes:
Previousexperience and knowledge of home care including leadershipresponsibilities.
NVQLevel 4 qualification in Health and Social Care level 5qualification beingdesirable.
Full drivinglicense and access to acar.
Strong ITcommunication and customer serviceskills.
Ability tomanage a busy workload and take decisive action whenneeded.
