We’re working with a highly collaborative, global, market-leader who is looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to support the continued transformation and development of two corporate functions. This is an exciting time of change for them and this person will play a pivotal role in supporting that change.
Working closely with the leadership teams of two divisions you’ll deliver on a range of People activities encompassing performance, engagement, talent and succession planning. This will be a hugely varied role and key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting organisational design and development
* Working with hiring managers to optimise recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
* Coaching and building Manager capability
* Offering guidance and support in creating inclusive practices
* Collaborating on the employee engagement agenda globally to help enhance the employee experience
They’re looking for a true business partner who enjoys working closely with senior leaders to help build high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous development. Someone with a broad generalist HR knowledge who can identify and recommend pragmatic solutions. The ability to build credible, constructive and positive relationships across the business at all levels will be key to your success. As such, the ideal candidate profile will include:
* A strong track record of HR Business Partnering gained within a larger, commercial business supporting organisational design and development
* Experience of advising managers on a range of ER matters
* A real champion of promoting inclusive practices

Salary up to £65k plus bonus
