Hybrid Credit Control opportunity based in High Wycombe. 3 month temporary with a permanent opportunity at the end. Description Duties for Credit Controller: Handle a list of people who owe money Contact them by phone and email to collect payments Solve problems related to unpaid debts Work out payment plans Check and change credit limits Create credit notes Help with monthly reports Do other tasks to assist the manager Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: A solid understanding of credit control procedures. A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach. Good Excel skills ideally including look ups and pivot tables Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Job Offer What's on offer for the successful Credit Controller: Hybrid working, Tuesdays & Wednesdays in the office. 9am - 5pm working week with 4:30pm finishes on a Friday. 3 month temporary with the potential to go permanent. Free onsite parking. £15 - £19 an hour depending on experience. High Wycombe based head office.
