Marketing Manager UK&I. Food Oxfordshire (Hybrid) | £45-50k | A market-leading global food business has asked us to find them a standout Marketing Manager to drive growth and shape brand strategy across the UK & Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, innovation-led company with a portfolio of premium products loved by professionals and consumers alike. Based in their Oxfordshire office with hybrid working, this role offers true ownership and variety -from campaign planning and product launches to events and digital activations. What you'll be doing: Develop and lead the UK&I marketing strategy, aligned with global plans Deliver end-to-end campaigns across trade, digital, and events Lead local product launches and brand activations Manage the UK&I marketing budget and report on ROI Collaborate with global and regional marketing, sales teams, chefs, agencies, and ambassadors Create compelling content, toolkits and comms for key customers Own trade event planning and customer engagement activities Support local business strategy with insight-driven marketing What you'll bring: 3 years in brand and/or trade marketing (FMCG, food or hospitality sectors preferred) Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns Confident managing budgets and external partners Hands-on experience with digital marketing and CMS tools Strong project and stakeholder management skills A creative, commercially minded approach Passion for food Why join?
