Personal Assistant to Directors - Maternity Cover

Full-Time | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | 4/5 days per week (flexible)
£16.50 per hour (PAYE)
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Directors and wider team during a busy maternity cover period. This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage diaries for Directors and the wider team
2. Schedule meetings, book rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements (including international trips)
3. Organise events, accommodation, and interviews
4. Handle daily scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth workflows
5. Escort visitors and support with field visits
6. Set up meetings and manage logistics for the team
7. Act as the go-to person for day-to-day support needs
8. Ensure accurate and efficient document management and classification
9. Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email.
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership
2. Strong time management and organisational skills
3. Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs
4. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
5. Experience managing complex diaries
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Fluent French is beneficial but not essential
