Job Title: Primary Tutor Job Description Job Duties: The Primary Tutor will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to primary school students. Duties include preparing and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to both students and parents. The Tutor will also create individualised learning plans to cater to the diverse needs of students. Required Qualifications: A recognised teaching qualification Experience working with primary school students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles Education: A degree in Education or a related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring primary school students Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of primary school curriculum Ability to motivate and inspire students Proficient in creating engaging lesson plans Preferred Qualifications: Specialist training in specific subject areas Experience with online tutoring platforms Experience working with students with special educational needs Working Conditions: The Primary Tutor will work part-time hours, providing support to students during school hours. This role may require travel to different schools within the Oxfordshire area. The Tutor will collaborate closely with school staff and parents to ensure the academic success of students. £25 - £30 per hour All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
