Job Title: Receptionist Location: S63 - Wath Job Description: We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the face of our organisation, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors and providing essential support to our team. This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Outlook, and prior experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately. Answer, screen, and forward calls efficiently across GDMA and PCL. Handle routine enquiries with professionalism, passing on relevant information. Oversee visitor sign-in procedures and monitor security processes. Manage meeting room bookings, prepare rooms, and organise refreshments. Handle deliveries, maintain post, and manage stationery and janitorial stock. Provide confidential administrative support, archiving, and record-keeping. Perform end-of-day tasks including office closing procedures. Ensure records for vehicle MOTs, road tax, and other service logs are up-to-date. Actively participate in training sessions. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook). Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Professionalism and respect for confidentiality in all interactions.
