Role includes: Handling general administrative tasks, such as serving as the primary contact for distributing electronic communications and redirecting complex queries from stakeholders to the appropriate colleagues. Scheduling meetings and appointments using the calendar system for both external stakeholders and internal colleagues. Offering administrative support to the team as needed, including taking and distributing meeting minutes or notes and following up on actions from previous meetings. Establishing and maintaining effective electronic filing systems and managing the team's electronic diary. Utilising various IT applications to maintain existing and new project/program data collection systems/databases, providing accurate and timely information for the team's use. Collaborating with managers and colleagues to consistently enhance the quality of care and outcomes for patients.
