We are seeking a Premises Officer to join us at Pound Hill Infant Academy to help ensure that the school sites are clean, secure, and safe for all users.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure Academy site.
* Providing and maintaining a customer-focused service.
* Carrying out caretaking duties including maintenance, janitorial, and portage tasks.
* Supervising external contractors.
You will have:
* Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning: DIY, painting & decorating, general garden maintenance, etc.
* Experience of maintaining health & safety in a workplace.
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Full clean driving license with access to own transport.
* The ability to work as part of our team and independently.
