What does the role involve? Captivating customers through live demonstrations of the remarkable features of our Dyson Supersonic, Airwrap, and Corrale products. Delivering an authentic and premium customer experience to solidify Dyson's position as a leader in the haircare industry. Striving to achieve quarterly targets to fulfil your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Engaging with customers by providing styling demonstrations in-store and organizing special events. Proactively assessing individual haircare needs of customers, showcasing the appropriate Dyson product range, and cross-selling when opportunities arise. What will you already have: Previous experience in a hair salon or similar role is a must. Possess prior retail experience, preferably in the beauty sector. Exude enthusiasm and passion for our Dyson hair technology. Embrace ambition, taking ownership of their performance and driving results. Act as genuine brand ambassadors, adept at identifying opportunities and effectively communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders through both digital and physical platforms. Demonstrate outstanding communication skills and a deep commitment to delivering a top-notch customer experience.
