Job Description
As a Legal Secretary your responsibilities will include:
* Providing comprehensive secretarial support to legal teams
* Managing files and documents, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible
* Drafting and proofreading legal documents
* Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences
* Handling confidential information with discretion
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and court officials
* Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients
* Supporting administrative functions as required

A successful Legal Secretary should have:
