As Head of Proposition (also known as Head of Individual Giving), you will drive, through cross-functional teams, the Fundraising & Engagement proposition for your specialist area. You'll deliver compelling audience experiences, grow lifetime value, and fulfil CRUK’s mission to fund life-saving research. Drive the continued growth of CRUK audiences and supporters by leading and actively managing the proposition with innovative, robust, agile, multi-year plans, working collaboratively and cross-functionally across MFE and beyond Own the profit and loss for the proposition, and relevant products, ensuring that agile cross-functional teams deliver against targets Drive an audience-led, agile, innovative and commercial culture, enabling teams to rapidly adapt to change or uncertainty. Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key external partners and the broader stakeholder network, including key suppliers Closely collaborate with the Director of Fundraising & Engagement and relevant Audience, Strategy & Planning teams Work closely with Data, Insights & Performance and Marketing & Digital to deliver an audience-led approach to proposition ideation and ensure compelling campaigns and digital experiences Work closely as a collaborator with Technology, ensuring alignment on shared proposition priorities, audience strategic objectives, targets, and outcomes while developing the Technology product roadmap What are we looking for? Strategic leader with proven experience leading and collaborating in large, complex organisations, inspiring colleagues and influencing senior stakeholders for impactful delivery Significant experience in building and driving forward propositions so they are commercially valuable, meaningful and relevant In depth experience of digital and insight led solutions, services and approaches that can support commercial success and proposition innovation, to drive competitive challenge and distinctiveness In depth understanding of the principles of service design and methodologies Significant experience in advancing innovative, journey-led thinking into tangible action plans, business processes, and systems to maximise value over the long and short term Demonstrable commercial, analytical and strategic thinking adept at bringing the outside in, translating insights into successful propositions and ideation Our organisation values are designed to guide all that we do.
