Salary: £22,771 FTE per annum (£13,662.60 per annum for part-time, 22.2 hours per week)

Family Action & the Role’s Impact:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate and motivated administrative officer to join us on our journey to develop and embed our Youth Support Services across Stroud and Cotswolds. You will hold a role which will provide administrative support to the ongoing development of our new youth service in Gloucestershire. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks. Main Responsibilities:
1. Managing information and records
2. Financial transactions including raising invoices and processing purchase invoices
3. Oversee booking arrangements and building use
4. Coordinating meetings and responding to queries
Main Requirements:
1. Time management skills: excellent time management and organisational skills to be able to deal with a multitude of tasks and a range of priorities.
2. Information Technology skills: you will need strong IT skills and be competent in the use of most Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. A working knowledge of PowerPoint and Publisher would also be helpful.
3. Problem-solving skills: you will need to be practical, proactive, and able to use your initiative.
