An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Type 1 Fire Risk Assessor to join the Risk Management Team. Responsibilities:
1. Conducting Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs).
2. Providing clear and comprehensive fire safety advice to clients.
3. Engaging in client fire consultancy, including compartmentation and intrusive surveys, with available support when necessary.
4. Supporting the Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor by reviewing and ensuring the technical quality of FRA reports drafted by fellow consultants.
5. Assisting the Training Department by delivering occasional onsite and online training courses according to client requirements.
Overarching Responsibilities:
1. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other partners.
2. Providing effective communication and support to the Head of Fire Risk Management.
3. Contributing to securing high-quality revenue and profit growth through the development of new business opportunities.
4. Generating personal revenue by delivering Type 1 FRAs, quality assurance, and fire training courses.
