Job Summary
This position involves managing a unit of nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth operational processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of registered nurses, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of registered nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
* Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
* Coordinate daily activities and prioritize tasks effectively
* Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
