IMH Recruitment are seeking a Part Time Executive Assistant to cover maternity for our client based in Worksop. The Role: Provide organisational and administrative support to the Executive Team Ensure that Board and Committees are supported including - taking minutes, agendas, reports, follow up of actions Support for staff events Office management (day to day office running, not staff management) and health and safety responsibilities. Booking of training and conferences for staff Deal with phone calls and direct accordingly. Diary management as required. Ad hoc admin as required. Skills Effective people skills to assist in building relationships internally and externally. Evidence of excellent written, verbal communications and client liaison skills. Proven experience of working well in a similar high-pressure environment, preferably commercial. Strong numeracy and written skills. Proven experience and evidence of managing time, meeting targets and deadlines. Flexible work ethic with can-do attitude combined with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and proactively, including remotely. Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Hours & Pay: 10AM-2PM, Monday – Friday. Projected start date June 2025 £35,000 annually (pro rata) Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: £35,000.00 per year
