Job summary We require a Band 3 Medical Secretary ideally based at CRH - with cross site working subject to service needs. The role will be to deliver secretarial support to the Clinical Health Psychology Department, including booking appointments, taking patient phone calls, sending copy letters and maintaining accurate and timely information on Excel and EPR. Main duties of the job An opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Medical Secretary to join the Clinical Health Psychology Department Autonomous working but also part of a larger team of clinicians and secretaries The applicant must have extensive secretarial experience in an office environment and be able to prioritise conflicting and demanding workloads. The successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work well in a team. The successful applicant should possess RSA II Word processing or equivalent and have a good standard of general education with the desire to learn new skills and undertake training.
