Key Responsibilities:

4. Adaptability: Cater to diverse learning needs by employing differentiated teaching strategies.
5. Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
Requirements for the Role:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A valid QTS certification is essential.
2. Experience: Previous teaching experience, preferably within UK schools.
3. Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
4. Classroom Management: Proven ability to manage behaviour and create a focused, inclusive learning environment.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
6. Enhanced DBS: An enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
