Mechanical Project Manager / Project Manager / Contract Manager required to join a leading HVAC Technical Engineering Solutions provider. The Mechanical Project Manager / Project Manager / Contract Manager will work on a hybrid basis between site and the office, near Solihull, responsible for the delivery of projects from quotation through installation, commissioning, handover process predominantly handling ventilation, ducting, pipework, Air Handling Unit, electrical control systems and equipment. This Mechanical Project Manager / Project Manager / Contract Manager should have a track record in the management of projects on an industrial/commercial scale dealing with mechanical equipment such as heating, ventilation, Air Handling Units. Package £55,000-£65,000 Company vehicle or car allowance Enhanced Pension contribution Death in Service 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays Mechanical Project Manager / Project Manager / Contract Manager Role Responsible for the delivery of projects from quotation through installation, commissioning, handover process predominantly handling ventilation, ducting, pipework, Air Handling Unit, electrical control systems and equipment Manage supplier relations, handling procurement matters, sourcing materials for ducting, pipework and Air Handling Units Review and undertake CAD drawings with an overall understanding of conceptual design process Coordinate with site teams, Contractors, organise labour Lead client meetings, stakeholder management, ensuring quality and compliance to ISO standards Must be able to travel to the office, near Solihull, and to sites across Midlands, South West, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire Mechanical Project Manager / Project Manager / Contract Manager Requirements Track record in the management of projects on an industrial/commercial scale dealing with mechanical equipment such as heating, ventilation, Air Handling Units Experience as a Mechanical Project Manager / Project Manager / Contract Manager / Contracts Manager / Project Engineer / Contract Engineer / Contracts Engineer or similar within a building services engineering environment Display an understanding of ISO Standards and quality control process Liaise with project professionals both internally and externally Must be able to travel to the office, near Solihull, and to sites across Midlands, South West, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire
