We are seeking a Retail Shift Manager to join our team at Lidl. As a key part of the Store Team, you will help us maintain high standards and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

They will also be passionate about thriving as a key part of the Store Team and have a proactive approach to helping colleagues develop themselves and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Solve problems and delegate tasks efficiently
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
* Provide exceptional customer service
