Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Amazon messaging, emails, and other platforms. Order Management: Assist with order tracking, handling returns and exchanges, and resolving customer issues related to delivery, product quality, or order discrepancies. Product Listings: Help maintain and update Amazon listings, ensuring that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Customer Feedback: Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings on Amazon, addressing any customer concerns or issues. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve any customer complaints, refunds, or returns in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Teams: Work with the warehouse, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and to address customer concerns. Amazon Policies Compliance: Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies and best practices to ensure our store remains compliant and performs well in search rankings. Data Entry: Update order details and customer information in internal systems accurately. Skills & Qualifications: Previous Customer Service Experience: Ideally in an e-commerce setting, particularly with Amazon UK or other online retail platforms. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and friendly communication, both written and verbal. Amazon Seller Central Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its features is highly desirable. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly and find effective solutions. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs efficiently. Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate order processing, product details, and customer communication. Computer Skills: Proficient in using email, online customer service tools, and basic office software (Excel, Word). Team-Oriented: Comfortable working with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Adaptability: Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly, especially when dealing with Amazon’s constantly evolving platform.
