This permanent position focuses on providing robust project controls and management to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. The role requires travel across the UK and Europe, enhancing international project exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative duties relating to all aspects of the project, including accurate record keeping and maintenance of the project filing structure
Updating project programmes and timelines using project management platforms
Communicating with the project stakeholder community at all levels, inside and outside of the organisation, and providing feedback to the Project Manager in their absence
Preparation and timely submission of project reports as directed by the Project Manager and as outlined in the Project Management Plan
Assist with Project Engineering tasks as required
Submission and completion of all reports and paperwork necessary for task execution
Supply chain management
Promote and maintain a safe system of work ethos, and comply with the quality, environmental, safety and health policy
Initiating and maintaining effective business relationships with project stakeholders and suppliers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
Experienced in project controls within the Defence & Security sector
Recognised Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification, minimum C&G level
