This role is responsible for leading and mentoring a finance team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations, and supporting senior management with accurate financial reporting. What will the Finance Manager role involve?
* Lead and develop a team of five finance professionals, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Manage the end-to-end payroll process.
* Oversee Sales & Purchase Ledger, Credit Control, and Finance Administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Support the Finance Director with management accounts preparation, cash flow forecasting, and process improvements.
