Key Responsibilities:

2. Assess and Monitor Progress: Regularly assess, record, and report on pupil progress to identify areas for improvement and celebrate achievements.
3. Support Diverse Needs: Tailor teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or English as an Additional Language (EAL).
4. Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes positive behavior and respect.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support pupil learning and well-being.
6. Safeguarding: Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the welfare of all children is prioritized.
7. Extra-Curricular Activities: Contribute to school-wide activities, events, and clubs to enrich the school experience for pupils.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic educator with a genuine passion for teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will have:
1. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
