With an annual salary of £50,000 - £55,000, this role offers a competitive package for the right candidate. As the Dual Registered Children's Residential Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Leading the opening and setup of the new children's home.
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and achieving registration.
Overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of care.
Managing and supporting a team of dedicated care staff.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Building positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
Monitoring and evaluating the home's performance and making improvements where necessary.
