Civils R/C Frame Site Manager – The Stores, Glasgow Join Dandara Living at The Stores will be a collection of 505 new residential apartments and an additional 491 student accommodation beds on the Clyde Waterfront within walking distance of the city centre. The development will feature over 8,000sqft of resident amenity including lounges, co-working facilities, cycle store and workshop, and two fully equipped gyms, along with over 4,000sqft of commercial space. The site is on the north bank of the River Clyde, immediately to the west of the city centre in the area of Anderston. What you will do: Oversee the Civils and R/C Frame element of this prestigious project Ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance site-wide Manage subcontractors and driving the timely completion of works to programme Manage all external works, liaise with subcontractors, and ensure top-tier delivery.
